Simple, family-friendly fare, these recipes come from the extremely
popular 1975 edition of Joy of Cooking, a copy of which can be found
on top of Jessica’s refrigerator back home in Cabot Cove.

Accompaniments: Sesame Seed Buns,
Ketchup, Mustard, Tomatoes, Pickled Cucumbers
